Refund policy
As a small business, ClarBio Nutrition puts customer satisfaction first. Your trust means everything to us, and we want you to feel comfortable and supported every time you order. If there’s an issue, contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (store credit or exchange)
You may try our products for up to 30 days from the delivery date. If you’re not satisfied for any reason within that window, contact us and we may offer one of the following:

an exchange for another product (if available), or
-
store credit equal to the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping, if applicable)
To review your request, we may ask for:

your order number
-
a brief description of the issue

photos of the product and packaging (especially if there is damage, leakage, or a defect)
Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for store credit or exchange, but we always welcome your feedback.

Incorrect, damaged, defective, or not delivered orders (report within 7 days)
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, defective, or does not arrive, please notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date for lost packages).
Once verified, you may choose one of the following remedies:

a full refund to the original payment method

a replacement (if the item is in stock)

store credit equal to the full purchase price
We may request photo evidence to verify the issue.

Processing time
After your request is approved and all required information is verified, we will process your refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit within 7 business days. - Shipping fees
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable (because the delivery service has already been completed).
If we approve a replacement due to an error on our side or a verified damaged/defective item, we may cover the cost of reshipping the replacement. -
Eligibility & Exclusions
We may deny requests that show signs of misuse, fraud, excessive repeat claims, or items that were intentionally damaged. Final sale items (if marked as such), gift cards, and promotional/free items are not eligible for refunds. -
How store credit works
Store credit is issued to the customer account/email used at checkout.
To use your store credit:

Create an account or log into your account using the same email address used for the order.

Your store credit balance will be available in your account (or applied automatically at checkout, depending on your checkout settings).

Make sure you’re logged in when you place your next order, since your store credit is linked to your account and can only be applied at checkout while you’re signed in.
